The HONOR Robot Phone combines an Android smartphone with a motorized, three-axis gimbal camera. Its 200MP main camera can operate with the gimbal closed or extended, while a separate 200MP periscope camera provides 2.7x optical zoom. A camera that changes its viewpoint

The main camera sits on a motorized assembly with separate pan, tilt and roll movement, plus a flip mechanism. Three-axis mechanical stabilization complements its optical stabilization, and the camera offers different video zoom ranges with the gimbal closed and extended. Gimbal mode, AI camera movement and a gimbal assistant are among the available camera functions.

The separate periscope camera provides 2.7x optical zoom and optical stabilization, while the ultrawide camera supports close-ups from 2.5cm. Maximum 200MP still capture requires the appropriate high-resolution mode; resolution and zoom availability vary by shooting mode.

Video formats for different shooting workflows

Rear video recording reaches 4K at 120 fps. With the gimbal extended, 120 fps is available only for horizontal shooting. ARRI movie mode records 4K LogC3 at 24, 25, 30, 50 or 60 fps in either gimbal position, giving the recording mode a clear role alongside ordinary video capture.

The 50MP front camera records up to 4K at 60 fps and supports electronic stabilization. Stereo recording, audio focus and compatible Bluetooth-headset recording provide additional sound options; individual modes and applications determine which functions are available together.

A compact OLED screen with detailed controls

The 6.31-inch OLED panel combines a wide DCI-P3 color gamut with a 1216 × 2640 resolution. HONOR specifies a 6800-nit HDR peak and a 2000-nit global peak, which are distinct brightness measurements. Its eye-comfort functions include 4320Hz PWM dimming, circular polarization 2.0 and a sleep-oriented display mode. These are display features, not medical treatments.

Performance and charging for the phone and camera

Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 supplies an eight-core CPU and Adreno 840 graphics. MagicOS 10 is based on Android 16 and includes multitasking, connected-device functions and the YOYO software tools offered on this Chinese-market model.

The silicon-carbon battery has a typical capacity of 7060mAh. Reaching the supported wired charging rate requires the original HONOR SuperCharge charger and cable. Wireless charging needs a separately purchased compatible HONOR wireless charger rated at least 50W; actual charging power changes with operating conditions.

Configurations and regional details

Choose 12GB/512GB or 16GB/1TB: the first capacity in each Storage label is physical RAM and the second is internal storage. Both configurations are offered in Star Trail Silver and Moon Shadow Gray. Usable memory and storage are lower because software occupies part of the capacity.
