You can return your item within 7 days of delivery as long as it’s sealed, unopened, and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.If the item has been opened or used, a minimum 20% restocking fee will apply after inspection.
Please note that accessories, wearables, and open-box devices are final sale and cannot be returned. To start a return, contact us at info@pdaplaza.com with your order number.
All devices come with a 30-day domestic warranty starting from the delivery date, covering manufacturer defects only. If a defect is confirmed within this period, the item will be repaired — no refunds are issued for warranty claims.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty service.
Damage caused by liquid, accidents, misuse, or physical impact is not covered.
After 30 days, any issues must be handled directly with the manufacturer under their own warranty policy.
You can cancel your order anytime before it ships for a full refund.
If you’ve already been charged, your refund will be processed within 10–15 business days after we receive your cancellation request.
Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled — you may still be able to return it within 7 days if it meets our return policy conditions.

You can securely pay with your credit or debit card via PayPal at checkout. We accept major cards such as Visa and Mastercard via the PayPal Gateway. You do not need a PayPal account if you do not have one.
All payments are processed through encrypted and secure gateways, and your card is charged only after your order is confirmed.
The shipping timeframe is always indicated on the product page. Usually, it is located right above the "Add to Cart" button.
If it says "In stock", then it is in stock and ships next working day.
